As a former Inflight Safety Training Instructor in the Aviation industry for nearly two decades, she has traveled the world extensively and infuses her artistic creativity in all her work. Her passion for writing has led her to publish over 100 books across various genres including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, horror, thriller, romance, supernatural, and children's illustration. Among her latest work is The Alternate Guide to Healing in the 21st Century and the self-healing meditation journal-Detox Declutter Heal. Chriselda also hosts a popular podcast, "The 3 Pillars," where she interviews artists and shares her knowledge and experience on a range of topics, from Creative Writing to Aviation Safety and Self-Publishing. Chriselda's drive for wellness extends to her work as a Zumba and Yoga Instructor, Holistic Counselor, and Reiki, Aura, and Chakra Healer. Whether speaking on a wide range of topics or simply being a devoted mom, Chriselda approaches everything she does with energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment.

Life=Challenges 3… Accepted 💋

Hi dears,

Coming back to my next challenge…on my “Life= Challenges” posts. The challenge being designing my hand made healing jewelry to go with a pair of shelled beauties!!!

Shoes by Guiseppe Zanotti Coline -Embellished Suede Sandals

Keeping it fun and light, here is the challenge accepted. I designed a shelled bracelet with charms and Turquoise crystals and Earrings to go with it!

Turquoise  balances and aligns all the chakras, stabilising mood swings and instilling inner calm. It is excellent for depression and exhaustion; it also has the power to prevent panic attacks. Turquoise promotes self-realisation and assists creative problem solving.

Black metal with black Imperial Jasper crystal

Green metal with dark green Agate crystal

Red metal with aqua Jade crystal

Jade is a protective stone, keeping the wearer from harm and brings harmony. Jade attracts good luck and friendship. It stabilises the personality and promotes self-sufficiency. Soothes the mind, releasing negative thoughts.

Next on – Conditioning Shampoo Bars

In this time, where we are trying to minimise our ecological footprint, how about switching to using natural products; chemical free, packaging/bottling free with a much longer usage time…not forgetting the amazing results…
