The Etruscan alphabet developed from a Western variety of the Greek alphabet brought to Italy by Euboean Greeks. The earliest known inscription dates from the middle of the 6th century BC.
In this book you will learn the Archaic Etruscan alphabet used in the 7th-5th centuries BC. Also shown is the Neo-Etruscan alphabet used in the 4th-3rd centuries BC.
Most Etruscan inscriptions are written in horizontal lines from right to left, (sometimes left to right), or boustrophedon (alternating right to left and left to right).

The Gondi language spoken by the Gondi people, is one of the major Dravidian languages.
Traditionally, the Gondi language was primarily spoken and transmitted orally, so there was no widely accepted script for writing it. However, various efforts have been made to develop writing systems for Gondi to promote literacy and preserve the language. Some of these efforts involve adapting the Devanagari script (used for many Indian languages, including Hindi and Marathi) to represent Gondi phonemes.

Ogham is an Early Medieval alphabet used primarily to write the early Irish language (in the โorthodoxโ inscriptions, 4th to 6th centuries AD), and later the Old Irish language (scholastic ogham, 6th to 9th centuries).
Note: Ogham is mostly written vertically from bottom to top.
The Kharosthi script is an ancient script used for writing various languages of the Gandhara region of ancient India (present-day Pakistan and Afghanistan) between the 3rd century BCE and the 3rd century CE. It was used to write various languages of the region, including Gandhari, Sanskrit, Prakrit, and Tocharian.
Kharosthi script is mostly written right to left, but some inscriptions also show the left to right direction.

Burmese (แแผแแบแแฌแแฌแแฌ) is a Sino-Tibetan language spoken in Myanmar (also known as Burma). It is an official language, lingua franca, and the native language of the Burmans, the country’s principal ethnic group.
Burmese is also spoken by the indigenous tribes in the Chittagong Hill Tracts in Bangladesh, and in Tripura state located in Northeast India.
It is written horizontally from left to right.
