Introduced in the 20th century, Neo-Tifinagh is a modern alphabetical derivative of the traditional script. It is an abjad script used to write the Berber languages. Tifinagh is believed to be a descendant of the ancient Libyan script.
The Tifinagh alphabet (“Lybico-berber”) has been used by the Berber speaking people in North Africa and the Canary Islands at least from the third century B.C. up to the third century A.D.
Modern standard writing direction is left-to-right, however earlier inscriptions are known to be from right-to-left, and sometimes vertically from bottom-to-top. The letters illustrated here are the IRCAM version of Neo-Tifinagh.
The Paleo-Hebrew script is also known as Palaeo-Hebrew, Proto-Hebrew or Old Hebrew. It is the writing system found in Canaanite inscriptions from the region of biblical Israel and Judah. It is considered to be the script used to record the original texts of the Hebrew Bible.
The earliest known inscription in Paleo-Hebrew was found on a wall in Tel Zayit in the Beth Guvrin Valley in southern Israel in 2005.
The script is written from right to left in horizontal lines.

Hi, I am Chriselda; a writer, poet, speaker and an art-lover. I have always loved art…in all of its forms but painting/sketching is the one that resonates with me the most. Through my childhood I remember my mother inscribing me and my sketches for loads of competitions, some of which I won…but it wasn’t the prize that interested me but the joy and calm I got from scribbling my personal art on paper!
And then life happened, where I developed my professional skills and spent nearly all of my time growing and working on my career, where I forgot about this little gem that I had hidden in my subconscious. Luckily enough, somehow I was given the opportunity to rediscover this latent passion of mine and with it its gentle power of peace and serenity.
Studies are now proving that colouring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain; the amygdala. It induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind. This generates mindfulness and quietness, which allows your mind to get some rest and calm down after a long and stressful day at work.
I have devoted many beautiful, relaxing hours creating this series of colouring books that I am so happy to share with all of you! All of the designs, patterns have been hand drawn, and you will find my unique style running through all of them!

The Babylonians were famous for their astronomical observations and their calculations. They used a sexagesimal (base-60) positional numeral system, which they could have inherited from either the Sumerian or the Akkadian civilizations.
The numerals were written in cuneiform, using a wedge-tipped reed stylus. They marked onto soft clay tablets which would then be allowed to harden, by exposing it to sunlight, thereby creating a permanent record.
