Among her latest work is The Alternate Guide to Healing in the 21st Century and the self-healing meditation journal-Detox Declutter Heal. Chriselda also hosts a popular podcast, "The 3 Pillars," where she interviews artists and shares her knowledge and experience on a range of topics, from Creative Writing to Aviation Safety and Self-Publishing. Chriselda's drive for wellness extends to her work as a Zumba and Yoga Instructor, Holistic Counselor, and Reiki, Aura, and Chakra Healer. Whether speaking on a wide range of topics or simply being a devoted mom, Chriselda approaches everything she does with energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment.

18 November -The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims
