Mudras are sacred hand gestures or positions that are used to evoke a state of mind. These symbolic gestures are often practiced with the hands and fingers. They facilitate the flow of energy in the body and enhance the spiritual journey within one’s being. When used during meditation they help enhance and channel your body’s energy flow.
The Sanskrit word “mudra” means seal, mark, or gesture. In Tibetan the word is ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ or “chakgya”. In Buddhism, each of these sacred hand gestures has a specific meaning. Many of them symbolize major moments or events in the Buddha’s life.
Mudras are also often used in yoga or Indian classical dance forms like Bharatanatyam and Kathakali. There are more than 100 known mudras that have been developed over the centuries.
My aim with this colouring book for adults is to help you explore some of the many mudras, each accompanied with its name and its facilitation towards empowerment. It will serve as a good initiation into understanding mudras and their strengths, aiding you towards better health and spirituality. Practice them to feel invigorated…with one purpose of healing “YOU” – mind, body and soul!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got this. I do enjoy poetry I rather enjoy all different genres of writing. I am definitely a lover of words with that out of the way I will leave you with my thoughts on Enigma: Erotic Soul Poetry.
This book was sometimes more interesting than exciting, but that did nothing to lessen my enjoyment of the collection. These poems are about sex — every strange, beautiful, passionate and awkward aspect of sex. That doesn’t necessarily make them ‘sexy’ though. Some where more passionate than sexy. These poems brought you into the mind of the lovers depicted in each poem and allowed you to envision the love and passion between them.
I loved just how many different niches of the human sexual experience are represented here. Each poem is to be enjoyed and judged individually. Every piece tells it’s own story while keeping within the theme and style of the book overall. It’s too hard to choose one poem which stands out above the rest, I do have a few that I enjoyed while there was a couple I really enjoyed. One of the ones I really enjoyed was Mirage. While some of these poems stood out more than others they where all unique and enjoyable. If you enjoy poetry and the expression written within it’s words you will enjoy this title.
