Chriselda is a prolific author, designer, and holistic healer with a diverse background in Business Administration and Chemistry/Microbiology. As a former Inflight Safety Training Instructor in the Aviation industry for nearly two decades, she has traveled the world extensively and infuses her artistic creativity in all her work. Chriselda also hosts a popular podcast, "The 3 Pillars," where she interviews artists and shares her knowledge and experience on a range of topics, from Creative Writing to Aviation Safety and Self-Publishing. Chriselda's drive for wellness extends to her work as a Zumba and Yoga Instructor, Holistic Counselor, and Reiki, Aura, and Chakra Healer.
